Anyone added a wet bin ahead of a Shivvers and regretted it?

I am very satisfied with our wet bin ahead of the shivvers 30' dryer. We use a conventional spreader in the dryer bin and it now does a good job of keeping it level. I think this is from a slower fill speed and being able to control where the corn hits spreader easily. Haven't used a shovel since installing. We use a double run conveyor and a shivvers kit to automatically keep grain between two sensors mounted in bin.
