| Had the same trouble 2 days ago. Don't think I will be much help as the dealer showed up and got it going. Were tried over the phone for an hour and no luck. I do know when he was in the network repair utility there was a screen and on the bottom were 3 soft keys. Right one was internet, which he had us keep trying over the phone. When he got here he said he needed to do the left one, just don't remember what it said in that box.
Fwiw, they have issues. You could just as well stick a block of wood where the out put moisture sensor goes. Updating software doesn't go as smooth as they make it sound.
