Was fueling up our 7240 combine yesterday via a portable 12volt fuel tender, this combine has external 12volt posts.

Hired hand thought that was pretty cool and I mentioned that all of the CNH stuff we own that uses def have those. Otherwise nothing else does.

then I remembered in the way-back machine that our early 90’s 9130 has a external positive post, and I was thinking the mags did as well.

I suppose some one didn’t think the juicewas worth the squeeze with that idea.  Interestingly enough our 265 versy has only a external negative post, kinda had to laugh last year when I found one of our hired guys working it over with the positive clamp for the 12 volt fuel tender.
