Above post of Hillfarmer was saying rod will not go out the top with liner in block. I see how you have to do it now, liner and piston all drop in at once, what a job. I remember all the problems with the old 2 cycle Detroit's, the newer ones still have their problems too, must be carry over engine designers, engineers from the past.
