Subject: Gorden Rotor Bars in green-stemmed beans?

Northwest Ohio
Have 1990 1660, specialty rotor, stock CIH rotor bars, kile rotor flights, concave ~2 3/4, 15' head running ~2.5mph in green stemmed soybeans.
Typically spray fungicide on beans, so typically green stems.

Thinking about adding Gorden bars over threshing section (9, 12 or 15 bars), mainly to help with thresh performance in wheat (already running 3 cover plates in wheat and also beans).
My concern is how much adding the Gorden bars to improve performance in wheat, will reduce my happiness with the machine in green-stemmed beans (as that was main reason for getting specialty rotor in the first place)?
Anybody make the change and regret it? I just don't want to mess up bean performance too bad, while trying to fix wheat performance.

I did call and talk to Marvin and what he explained made some sense ... just looking for other experiences besides the person selling them.
