North of London
Only reason it tipped is water over the top of railing and debris catching in railing.

It is perfectly solid otherwise and we have been walking over it for 40 plus years.

An older farmer up stream with his house right beside the creek and a bridge across the road there too told me not to tie it down when we were putting it back there.
His reasoning was spring break up and ice hitting it would only wreck the bridge.

Every few years we have to lift it back up on its footing after spring thaw and that is with railings taken off in the fall.
there have been a few times it has rolled in summer storms and flooding because of debris catching in railings.
When it moves off in winter/spring breakup it is usually still sitting right side up since the railings were off and the ice and water just pushed it off cement blocks.
