NE Iowa | I think your analysis of clone fans is off. I find the opposite true. Hawk fans seem to inject hatred for the clones whenever possible which is most conversations.
Heck, just listen to sound off on WHO. They will poke fun at the clones almost every week. The same can’t be said of the hosts of the cyclone reaction show.
Last year I was chatting with a lady in town about the cyclones as we are both fans. A Hawk fan walk up and said,”are you talking about ISU?” I said yes and he said “they suck” and walked away. Sadly this is how hawk fas typically act. I asked the guy if he was born rude or did his mommy teach him to act this way.
I pull for the Hawks when they aren’t playing ISU but I don’t know too many hawk fans that reciprocate.
