Subject: Glue on concrete cracks

What is the best glue to use to fix cracks in concrete. These are cracks in the walkway around the pool. I want to put a glue down to smooth out the cracks and make everything flat like new concrete and then paint over the glue and paint with a new color of paint. The paint that is still bonded to the concrete has resisted a 3500 psi high pressure washer. I am pretty sure that paint is not coming up.

-Some of the cracks are pretty shallow like the depth of the thick paint around the pool.
-All the way to cracks are an inch deep and 4 inches wide.
-Most cracks are .25" to .5" deep and an inch wide.

I have found liquid Nails that works on concrete or Sikaflex self-leveling gray glue or Big Stretch at Lowes.

The problem with the self leveling is what happens when the concrete moves, Sikaflex stretches and the paint does not.

I don't know which way to go.
