That is not true.
i have posted numbers from Alberta before that show the per capita rates of Vaccinated being infected are way lower than the per capita rates of unvaccinated.

Those charts show that being true through all age groups as well as hospitalizations and even deaths.

If you did not see those I can see if I can find them again but the numbers shown in Alberta leave no doubt about the effectiveness of the vaccine and if more were vaccinated the new cases would be lower and therefore the risk to everyone of catching it would be lower too.
