As I understand they still recommend those who had covid to get vaccinated as it takes a couple bouts to build up good resistance just as it takes more than one shot of the vaccine to build enough resistance.

This screen shot is from https://www.alberta.ca/assets/documents/health-data-modelling-fact-sheet.pdf   the Alberta health department with numbers from that province.

They do not have any breakdown of those who have already been infected but this shot shows the difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated
