SE USA | Resembles a old US Electric varidrive, finding parts was difficult in mid 80s. Some electric motor shop might still have some old junked stuff. In the day before DC motors and then frequency changing electronics it was how most electric motors got speed changed for assembly line work. Typically AC single phase is very difficult to make speed changes thru electronics due to the start cycle of the motor. Possibly a good time to invest in a upgraded DC motor and controller or 3 phase variable frequency. Maybe Jimgen will have a better idea. Good luck! | |
