855 cubic inches versus 660 cubic inches. Lots of difference in brute force. HP rating doesn't always mean much.

That certainly explains the difference I'd never looked up the cubes of the m11.


An M11 is a 11L engine. Your NTC is a 14L.

There are roughly 60 cu. in. in a liter of displacement. Just remember to take whatever liter of displacement an engine is, and multiply that by 60 to get your cu. in.

Rule of thumb to remember.
