What's the power difference between an NTC 350 and M11?

The m11 may not be set at full horse power The 350 should also a bigger cubic inch block than the m11 I think If it is the 350 will probably have more stroke thus having more torque. When pulling loaded torque will win over horse power every time It’s been a while since I owned trucks but seems like the m11s I had would only turn up to 400hp max
