RE228724 says it’s a kit but doesn’t describe what it is. Does that include the necked down tube and the big pump?

So it I want to push to get it machined for the big tube should I get the pump (AR75648?) and the larger pickup tube which I assume I would have to find in a 4440 manual? Is everything else the same or do I need to buy a bunch of stuff in the diagram I posted a screenshot of?

Yes, the kit includes everything shown. The hole that needs bored comes in from the top just to the very right hand side of the sump screen. If you bore the hole you will need the 4440 suction tube.
