Not sure if C-10 is the same as a C-15 but I had the same trouble. I found a pin hole in the return line coming out of the back of the engine. It was only luck that I found it. It was dripping straight to the ground and not running off the engine etc... I've also had algae issues that acted like it too. Kept changing filters.
