| I get John Deere bulk oil delivered to our farm. It comes in a Northland Lubricants tanker. I asked the guy that delivered it if John Deere is the same as some other oil they sell. I guess take it for what it’s worth, but he said that it was not. He said they blend the Deere OEM oil and that it is a proprietary formula and there is no other oil that is the same. That being said, quality oil is likely quality oil. I would never run tractor supply oil in my equipment, but a reputable brand I wouldn’t be afraid of. | |
