Went to use the grain vac and found that it was locked up tighter than a drum. I had all the areas covered with a tarp that I thought would keep the water out. Did drain some water out of the air pump area. I'm assuming rust. Is there anything in there to help dissolve the rust or help to free it up? Or is this a winter project where we'll will have to tear it apart?
