This doesn’t fix your problem, but I will tell my experience with duals on my a Case-IH 2188.  I was always watching my bolts and would occasionally break one or two throughout the season.  Some guys would drill and tap out the lug nut holes to use flagship lug bolts.  When I bought my 2388, it came with Wold wheels and has eliminated the broken lug bolt issues.  The inner rim uses the stock holes in the hub.  The outer rim bolts up to a hub that is built into the inner rim.
