It did with MN no problem. There were people from all over, in the class that I took. (cant say I remember IL, specifically)
The process was awesome, worth the $. With your permits it takes one day.
Trainers are nice and friendly and want you to do well. They are the same people that test you. Very fair and fun.
beats going to the county and getting some AHole who wants to fail you. FORGET THE DMV
