I got the cheapest one from Northern Tool many years back. Needed to remove loaded 14.9x28's tires/rims by myself along with the final drives (removed separately with floor crane) from my utility tractor to replace brakes. I knew going in that it would be no good for larger sized tires.

It does work well for implement wheels, wagon tires and truck tires though.

Tried it once for 16.9x38 clamp on duals and it was not really acceptable.

Again I knew it's limitations going in but did not want to spend huge amount of money for something bigger and better.
