SE Michigan | So then a farmer / mechanic should be required to design something that meets the company's cost targets, able to be mass-produced, assembled quickly buy someone with a wide range of skill / ability, meet all the legal requirements, conform to government regulations, and perform in a variety of climates and conditions (not jus the one in "your" area)
