I had not heard that. If that is true, I have no idea what they could return to use. The flat plate sensor that bolted to the bottom of the drag chain trough was 100% susceptible to the face cracking & allowing moisture in. I think we bought 3 of them in 8 years. This is the moisture sensor, having nothing to do with the Quantum.

We converted our SQ 32 to the piston type about 3 years ago. It has worked flawlessly for me. Always dumped hot corn, never cooled in the dryer. We must live right or something.
