Northern Nebraska
Lots of things have lectins peanuts potatoes soybeans why is it in the last year has every website said they are dangerous all if a sudden? Lots of southern bean recipes call for using the soaking liquid to thin out the finished dish. Wouldn't that introduce more back into the dish while still following an elders tradition?

I'm not knocking your findings it just I don't understand them.
