Subject: Salford I4231?

Any one use one of these? I4231 is a 31 ft wide tool with 2 rows of curved blades on 15 inch spacing followed by several rows of fluted blades on 5 inch centers. Will it take out all of the winter annuals growing in the corn fields right now or leave some ground unworked? Also looking at a Farm King-Versatile 30 ft High speed compact disk for fall tillage. I assume it would move more dirt than the Salford. Thanks for any advice on either tool.
