We are looking at like a 30 footer behind our 315 Magnum
All depends what your wanting to do with it as far as depth and speed. Your going to get a lot of different responds. A lot of guys apparently like to run deep and fast because some of the horsepower requirements that guys talk I have not found. I'm running a 30' Excelerator with a 7240 CaseIH turning about 250hp and everyone told me I'd regret it but I love it. I do only use in the spring but I run about 2-3 inches deep and can pull it 7-8mph no problem. This is on flatish ground. Makes a perfect seedbed in corn stalks before I plant beans. Edit: I'm running at 6 degrees on the blades.
