Southwest Illinois | It will depend what you get. If you get something that moves some dirt laterally you might get by pulling it 7 mph. We have a 30' Great Plains turbo till and it does the best job in the 9-10mph range and for us it takes a 470 quad to do it right. Our turbo till has straight blades so it takes some speed to move a little dirt.
