i agree 555 everybody worries about selling ahead because they dont know what their inputs will be so they do nothing. you already know most of your costs on the next two years and can compensate and adjust for the rest, Personaly I've missed out on more opportunity by not forward selling in the good times than missing the run ups durring the bad. Selling forward during high priced times never really hurts and holding off when prices are low never really hurts either. I like your plan and give you credit for putting it into action
