No hoof no horse. No foundation, no bin. Imagine the cost of that bin failing due to foundation issues the first spring it is full. Makes the prep work worth it. This is coming from a guy that is so tight a penny squeaks before leaving my hand. Just don't think a foundation is anything to "save" money or time on.
