Where is the best place to buy them? Mypillow.com seems to be the highest and says save $40 w/promotional code. But doesn’t say what the code is.

Local Menards has them for $26.99 right now, which seems odd as they are a lot more direct from MyPillow.

Almost got tired of his commercials, but now that we want to buy some, not seeing them.
