How are you at planning?
I mainly use Mimind app where I build a diagram of my business concept. Starting from financial capabilities and ending with a development strategy in different situations, for example, if I receive grants, crop failure, etc. I also describe what set of equipment I need, the price, where to buy, what to look at when buying a used one, is it possible to rent, etc. It is the same with resources like cash crop seeds, cover crops. Also fuel, oils, filters, spare parts, etc. I also describe and think over the logistics during planting, harvesting, selling, etc.
If something I missed, then I'm looking for it. If I don't understand something, then I will study it.
This can be described for a long time, so I wrote it shortly.
