Wisconsin
A residential leaf vacuum won't pick them up. The kind the city tows around with a 12" tube and a diesel will pick them up, but it's slow.

An 8hp leaf blower will work somewhat. Better if they're fresh and hard than if they've got soft and flattened.

A power broom would be best.
