What is your reasoning behind that? We feed a combination of both hmc and dry. The harvestore is the only way we've found that works well for hmc for us, but they tell us our top sheet is rusting out and will be quite the bill when it no longer seals. So with that looming over us and the fact that it holds only half of our corn so we bring it to the local feed mill where we wait and pay through the nose. So we are considering looking into a dryer setup for our extra now and maybe all of it when the harvestore is shot. Do you dry your own and have bins on farm to feed out of? Cows do well on all dry? What's the biggest advantages?

We have a grain facility so dry works better and IMO more consistent for dairy.
