The IRS is run by people who would not be able to get a job in the real world. Sent in our quarterly payment last month. Check still hasn't been deposited. Called my CPA. He said don't worry about it yet. They're really slow about such things.

Incompetency plus bureaucratic nonsense and over regulation do not make for a well run agency.

I course, I guess if I worked for an agency that had millions of conflicting rules and regulations I'd probably have trouble doing a good job, too.
