Pittsburg, Kansas | I would like to see the study. Either pre-print or peer reviewed. All I can find is articles on it or this Powerpoint presentation. Maybe not published yet?
Nah, that can't be. An article that denigrates scientific studies because of their lack of scientific rigor, then their main argument is supported by a study that has not been peer reviewed or published????? Someone find me the link to a published paper please.

Edit: in the Metformin trial (above), if I was fed 1500mg of Metformin a day, I would definitely be more sick than less sick with whatever else I had. 1000mg does it for me. Anything over 500 I don't tolerate well. Still debating on if I want to continue to take it or not. On it about a month now and it drops my fasting glucose about 10 points. Don't know if it is worth the side effects or not.
