north central Iowa, Hampton | old computer tower boxes. I think the boxes have outlived their original contents by a factor of 5 or so... They are strong enough to have things piled up in a second layer, and they've stayed good for at least a couple decades.
Mom used to keep big, empty, cardboard boxes, closed, in her freezer. I asked her why she had empty boxes in the freezer? Her opinion was that there was less air exchanged that way when a fairly empty freezer was opened. Well, maybe? |
