I'm holding out hoping to last until some sense settles in but I think I'll be in over my head before then. The lovely wife and I have both had it, me 2x, recovered well and are not concerned about getting it again. We feel the shot has nothing positive to provide us and sincerely am offended by the demand we get something that has nothing to offer but risk.
