Put countless hours toward these basically non-paying jobs and stop complaining. Your lack of comprehension about the whole matter shows to the world. "Why can't the school board be fired?" shows exactly how little you understand. Yes I'm being pretty forward with my comments but I really hate when people complain and don't even have a handle on how the system works.
