$8an hour = $16,640

That is what a wide swath were making just years ago in factory assembly and retail stores. $15 an hour now is literally a windfall if they don't allow lifestyle creep to widdle it away.

Now $15 an hour ain't roses either cause many gov benefits are lost at 30k and they were not taxed versus an equal dollar value of earned income at the 30k bracket.
