a 19 year old female friend of mine is making $19/hr working as a non-union employee at an ag equipment mfg place...no skills other than a high school diploma. Nothing above average for brains or skills. They NEED bodies.
I see lots of signs for similar jobs...up to $23/hr for overnight shifts.
