You likely need a new setup file made for the card that includes harvest and combine/heads. 

I would agree that your screen has issues...I'd send to JD Reman and they can fix the screen and anything else it needs. You'll need to get rid of those extra tabs on the Document page. When you do have Harvest as an option...you only want Harvest and New, no other tabs of any sort
