Stanford IL | I don’t understand the whole driving in the left lane part but on the speeding part even you admit that you were speeding. Any decent prosecutor will get you in front of a judge and you will basically get you to say exactly what you said here. After you state that you have been doing it for 40 years the prosecutor will ask if you have been driving it for the last 40 years you should know what lane you need to be in and should of moved over sooner. Case over and you lost. Plus you will have to pay court costs. If it’s about principal go and get everything off your chest. If it’s about the money then pay the ticket and move on it will be cheaper. | |
