I would contest it. Make some videos with a cellphone also if that’s a common practice to get over before court date.
I agree. I was able to get out of a speeding ticket a few years back. I called the courthouse and spoke with judge. Cop ended up having it wrote up wrong. Police report mentioned me driving through 40 mph zone while I was the opposite and just entering. Was I still speeding yes. I was braking going down a hill and was attempting to slow down. Can’t remember the details but I paid a small fee and I couldn’t get a ticket for x amount of time. |
