Subject: RE: Trip to the Northeast

Tim, we flew into Boston and rented a car, we planned to do Cape Cod, Vermont, NH and Maine. We had 5 days but found out we couldn't do it all, so we skipped Maine and plan on going back some day.

Keep in mind Columbus day weekend Oct 11 is celebrated in the east and made things very busy.
I know you are a dairy guy so the Billings Farm museum in Woodstock Vermont may interest you. We found it interesting. Crane's snowmobile museum in Lancaster NH was interesting and the owner knows our area of WI. Mount Washington is the highest point in the east and is a must see, especially on a clear day. We found plenty to do just traveling through Vermont and NH. There is a train ride to go on in North Conway NH. We were there on the Columbus Day weekend and the town was packed. The colors were at their peak, I think we went in '17.
