Indianola, MS | idk about your questions but it would be nice to leisurely get to planting cotton in May rather than all that March and April racing to get planted. No seed trailer because a bag plants so many acres. Growing something that wants to grow so bad you have to put growth regulator on it. To harvest with a machine that has the wear parts down low out in front. That you wrap up and store in field so you don't have to go sit in line at an elevator and dodge the D.O.T. If it gets hot and dry you actually get a better root system delaying irrigation rather than loosing yields. To not have to organize a dozen trucks to follow a combine around a cornfield because 3 acres of corn is a loaded semi. Don't even mention Rice. Cotton farming is so easy and enjoyable. Cotton IS King because you feel like a King growing it. Makes everything else seem like work | |
