For supposedly being a "farmers coop", they sure seem to use every opportunity to take advantage of farmers.
A lot of coops pay thier managers a bonus if they make a profit. It has always seemed strange to me that the owners of a business would pay the manager a bonus to make money off of the owners. They need to figure out a way to pay a bonus if they can save the farmers money, not make money off of the farmers. |
