We were required to be vaccinated for smallpox and polio before we could attend school. Weren’t you? In 1776 general George Washington required smallpox vaccinations for all his troops. This is a public health issue and as such that should take priority over your individual choice. We all would like to see things get back to normal. Getting vaccinated is the one thing that will accomplish that faster and easier than anything we can do. I’m sure the medical community would appreciate a break from the onslaught of new cases clogging the system too.
