What are you expecting of a vaccine? One shot, and then lifetime immunity?
That's never been a thing.
Even the smallpox vaccine, which came the closest, probably wore off after a decade or so. Natural exposures acted as boosters and provided the appearance of lifetime immunity. (No one is going to do the experiments today to get an accurate measurement of that)

Covid.......looks like 6 months at best. THATS NOT A VACCINE.
On edit, I fully agree we had a bunch of people making WAGS and it completely turn off the American people, lots of distrust will come from the covid 19 debacle.
