stopped using facebook, deleted instagram, snapchat, tik tok and twitter from my phone this past spring and have been very happy. youtube and here is the only social media and i only do youtube a few minutes in morning and evening, get more music off it than videos. here i can use agtalk 10 minutes a day is more than enough for me.
