nw NC | I got a mailing today informing me of a settlement of the 303 oil lawsuit. It involved "303" oil sold by Tractor Supply and others. I had never heard of the lawsuit. I was informed that I will be receiving a cash settlement based on the number of 5 gallon pails of "303" oil which I had purchased since 2013. The company handling the settlement had records TSC had supplied that indicated the numbers of pails in my purchase history. Anyone know about the lawsuit? Anyone else get a notice? | |
