It's up to the airline, they own the planes.
If customers are not buying tickets because they don't have a vax policy,
capitalism dictates that they will have a no vax/no boarding policy.
Or, if people are not buying tickets because they DO have a tax policy discriminating against the non vaxed, capitalism dictates that they do away with that policy. I agree 100% that it is up to the airline to decide. It should NOT be mandated by the government. That goes for ANY business, not just airlines.
